Zemix's brand, logo, and service-related intellectual property belong to us.
5. Credits and Payment
Regarding credits:
- Credits are used to consume translation services
- 1 second of video = 1 credit
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable (unless eligible under the refund policy)
- We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing
6. Service Availability
We strive to provide stable service but do not guarantee the service will always be available. We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance or upgrades.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- 100% translation accuracy
- Uninterrupted service
- The service will meet all your needs
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
