1. Refund Eligibility
You may apply for a refund in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of purchase without using any credits
- Serious technical issues with the service preventing use
- Duplicate payment or incorrect charges
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available for:
- Credits that have been used (even partially)
- Purchases made more than 7 days ago
- Accounts banned for violating terms of service
- Free credits obtained through promotions
3. Refund Process
Steps to apply for a refund:

- Provide your account email and order number
- Explain the reason for the refund
- We will process within 3-5 business days
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Other payment methods: handled on a case-by-case basis
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Time periods when service was unavailable due to outages
- Translation quality significantly below expectations
Partial refund amounts will be assessed based on the actual situation.
