1. Refund Eligibility

You may apply for a refund in the following cases:

  • Within 7 days of purchase without using any credits
  • Serious technical issues with the service preventing use
  • Duplicate payment or incorrect charges

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Credits that have been used (even partially)
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Accounts banned for violating terms of service
  • Free credits obtained through promotions

3. Refund Process

Steps to apply for a refund:

  2. Provide your account email and order number
  3. Explain the reason for the refund
  4. We will process within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be returned via the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: handled on a case-by-case basis

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Time periods when service was unavailable due to outages
  • Translation quality significantly below expectations

Partial refund amounts will be assessed based on the actual situation.
